Ingredients
- 1 quart water
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 small onions, diced
- 1 carrots, diced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup oil
- 12 ounces macaroni
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add broccoli, celery, onions, carrots, tomatoes, and oil. Cook for 45 minutes.
- Add macaroni.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until macaroni is done.
