Strawberry Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 pint strawberries, with tops cut off
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- Combine oil, berries, vinegar, salt, pepper, tarragon and sugar in food processor. Whirl until berries are pureed.
- The vinaigrette dressing can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated. Stir before using.
