Mom's Cheese Cake
NOTE: This is Nonna's cheese bread.

Ingredients
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
- 2 dozen eggs
- 1 pound margarine
- 1 1/2 pounds Romano cheese
- 3 packets active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water -- (to dissolve yeast)
- 1 cup milk
- 5 pounds all-purpose flour
- salt and pepper to test
Directions
- Beat eggs in a large bowl.
- Add cheese, salt and pepper.
- Add half the flour and the dissolved yeast.
- Add margarine until all mixed together.
- Add milk and the remaining flour.
- Allow to rise in a large pan.
- Separate into loaf pans and let rise again.
- Bake at 375F until done.
