Swiss Nut Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
- Sift flour; measure. Grind the nuts fine. Mix with flour. Start oven 375F or moderate.
- Beat egg whites until stiff enough to hold a soft peak. Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until mixture forms stiff peaks. Gently stir in nuts and flour.
- Place by teaspoonful on well-greased paper or aluminum foil.
- Bake 15 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool. Decorate with hazel nut dipped in melted chocolate.
