Ann's Hungarian Cookies

Note: I think this recipe might need about 1 cup of sugar. If anyone tries it, let me know. I will have to try making them and figure it out.
Ingredients
- 1 pound unsalted butter
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 4 cups sifted flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Cream butter with cream cheese until blended.
- Cut in flour and salt with pastry blender until the size of small peas.
- Add lightly beaten egg yolks, and vanilla. Mix the dough lightly.
- Keep in refrigerator for about 2 hours, or overnight before baking.
- Divide into two parts. Roll out to about 1/4-inch thickness and cut with fancy shaped cookie cutter.
- Bake on a greased or waxed paper cookie sheet for 12 minutes in a 325 degree to 350 degree oven, as desired.
