Crispy Lemon Tilapia

Ingredients
- 1 cup fried onion rings
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1 1/2 pounds tilapia fillets (6 filets)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Combine onion crumbs, lemon zest and garlic salt in a zip top bag.
- Place flour and filets in a second zip top bag and shake to coat.
- Dip fillets into egg substitute, then roll in the crumb mixture.
- Place on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 F, or until flaky.
