Butter Horns

Ingredients
- Cookie
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- Filling
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
Directions
- Cut the butter into the flour with your fingertips.
- Add egg yolk and sour cream. Mix well.
- When blended, shape into a ball. sprinkle ball with flour and wrap in waxed paper. Chill for several hours.
- While dough is chilling, prepare the filling.
- Mix together sugar, cinnamon, and nuts.
- After approximately 2 hours, remove the dough from the refrigerator and start preheating the oven to 375 degrees.
- Roll dough out on a floured board and cut into squares.
- Add the filling and wrap the dough over the filling.
- Shape each cookie into a crescent shape.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
