Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- parsley
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 medium onions, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 6 drops Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
Directions
- Fill saucepan with 1 quart water. Bring to a boil with the peppers and parsley.
- Fry the onions in the butter. Add tomato paste and sugar. Cook for a while, then add the remaining seasoning.
- Dump into the water and simmer.
