Almond Sour Cream Drops

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soft butter, or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup roasted diced almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions
- Cream butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar; beat in eggs. Add sour cream, vanilla and almonds extract. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; add t creamed mixture with almonds. Chill.
- Blend 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.Drop rounded teaspoonfulls of dough onto greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake in 400-degree (hot) oven 8-10 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool.
