Ingredients
Cake
- 1 box cake mix, Duncan Hines, Lemon Supreme (18.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup apricot nectar
- 4 eggs
Icing
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix cake mix, sugar, oil and nectar together.
- Add 1 egg at a time until mixed in.
- Bake in tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour in oven.
- Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest. Pour over cake while still warm to make a glaze.
