This recipe collection began as a way to back up my mother's recipe collection that she has collected in a black binder since the 1950's. Maggie and I are also adding recipes that we want to keep track of, so this will become our family go to location for storing and finding our recipes

Some from Mom's original collection and some Maggie and I have collected on our own.

The book that started it all This recipe collection began as a way to back up my mother's (Theresa Nalbone's) recipe collection that she has collected in a black binder since the 1950's.

I have a lot of good memories of her cooking many of the recipes. Many of the recipes are written in short hand and may get entered here without a lot of information. It may only be a list of ingredients. I will try to flesh them out. After all of the recipes from the book are entered, I intend to collect Maggie's and my recipes and add them as well.

If we are successful, this will become our family's go-to location for storing and finding our recipes.
